Learning at work has grown in importance due to increasingly complex working life, changes in occupations and constantly new requirements at work and jobs. Another aspect of learning at work underlines the development of workers’ occupational and social competences that enable renewal of working life. How to deal with learning at work?

Academy of Finland Strategic Research Council funded consortium SWiPE together with Turku Centre for Labour Studies (TCLS) organise a research seminar. The seminar is open to staff, faculty members, students and human resource professionals interested in learning at work in the future economy.
