Strategic Research Council programmes are together organising a joint ‘For the Love of Research’ event at Musiikkitalo in Helsinki on the 14th of February.
‘For the Love of Research’ brings together both researchers and those who use research. The event includes “solution workshops” on six current themes. The SWiPE consortium is contributing to the “Digital Transformations in Industry and Services” where SWiPE researcher Mervi Hasu (FIOH) presents an infosession titled “Work being digitalised out of the workplace? – Full time working from home as a future form of work”. Other workshop themes include New Forms of Energy and Recycling; Global Change and Finland; Urbanisation and Smart Cities; Health, Food and Society as well as Skilled and Active People in an Equal Society.
