Digital transformation in organisations requires novel methods for research

Working Conference Technology and Organisation (ifip WG8.2 in Dublin, December 9-10, 2016) focuses on new kinds of research encounters with technology and organization. Leading scholars of the field, Karin Knorr-Cetina (Unversity of Chicago), Wanda Orlikowski (MIT) and Tim Ingold (University of Aberdeen) attend the conference. Twelve articles have been chosen for presentation, among them an article about a developmental method in robotic surgery by SWiPE Researcher Laura Seppänen (FIOH) and her colleagues.
